Nismo vas prevarili niti ostavili samo nam je trebalo više vremena da se izvučemo iz teške situacije. Lista je nešto manja ali vjerujemo da će zadovoljiti vaše potrebe. Imajte na umu da u suradnji sa našim resellerima radimo vlastiti IPTV servis koji bi trebao nadmašiti Vaša očekivanja. Javite se emailom kako bi dobili zamjensku listu, molim vas također dajte nam neke informacije koliko vam je mjeseci ostalo.

Poštovani korisnici, 
vidjeli smo da do riješena konflikta sa GEN IPTV na žalost ne može doći pošto je GEN IPTV bio toliko bezobrazan da na koncu nije ni odgovorio na zadnju poruku te ako nas pitate ZAOBIĐITE ih u širokom luku, također i njihove resellere (koji nisu krivi ali na žalost ne znaju s kime imaju posla). Napisat ćemo uskoro veliki feedback na TRUSTPILOT-u te se nadamo da ćete nas podržati. Molimo sve korisnike da imaju razumijevanja za ovu situaciju te da nas ne traže potpuni povrat novaca (barem ne u ovom trenu) jer smo mi vjerojatno izgubili u trenutnoj situaciji više nego što smo uložili u cijelu priču a htjeli smo imati kvalitetnu televiziju za malo novaca.
U jednom trenu mislili smo da je ovo kraj, možda za mnoge od vas i je, ali imamo plan vratiti se možda još jači nego ikada zahvaljujući ljudima punima podrške te našim divnim subsellerima. Trenutno smo u pregovorima sa našim subsellerima te nekoliko IPTV stručnjaka i imamo plan izgradnje VLASTITE IPTV liste u kojoj neće postojati treća strana (provider s kojim je nemoguće imati legalan ugovor), koji će moći s jednim klikom miša sabotirati naš cjelokupni rad. Trenutno smo u velikim dugovima, naši PayPalovi su trenutno u “limitiranoj fazi” te ne možemo poslati direktno novce kome želimo. Imamo plan dići kredit za postojeće korisnike kako bi im se vratilo novac ili dio novca, a sljedeći korak je da dok naš projekt ne bude realiziran dosadašnjim korisnicima ponuditi zamjenske liste sa ne toliko puno kanala ali opet dovoljno dobre da budete zadovoljni dok čekate naš puni povrat. Mailovi su nam i dalje zatrpani, nema nas jako puno u timu ali bi voljeli od svih vas čuti mišljenje što bi vam bilo najvažnije da naša nova lista sadržava i da li bi platili i više kada biste znali da je lista UISTINU kvalitetna, super sortirana i stabilna. Da li biste dali i koji euro više kada bi ispunili sve želje da postoji određeni kanal koji želite gledati (te da vam ga mi donosimo ukoliko vas nekoliko to zatražite). Molimo vas koji nas niste otpisali da nam kažete što vam je trenutno najvažnije pa da vam privremeno omogućimo takvu zamjensku listu. A kroz nekoliko dana ćemo nadam se moći nešto novaca i vratiti te sve vas koji imate još nezavršene mjesece kod nas i nagraditi sa IPTV listom koja će imati potpuno novi pristup cijelom našem sistemu s kojim ste i ovako bili zadovoljni a uskoro nadam se još i zadovoljniji.
Također zahvaljujemo se svima koji su nam se javili 
i pružili riječi podrške, vjerujte da nam je to JAKO PUNO značilo u ovoj izrazito teškoj situaciji.. i hvala što ste pokazali da ste ljudi i da vas ima više od one druge strane… 
A toj drugoj strani želimo prenijeti da nam umjesto anonimnih mailova prijetnje rađe priđu sa mailom svoga pravog imena i prezimena, te nam slobodno kažu u lice što ih muči. Ako mislite da smo prevaranti, vama ćemo prvima vratiti novac kada budemo imali. Javljamo vam se u roku od par dana s ponudom novog rješenja a vi se slobodno javite na email sa vašim viđenjem te nam napišite koliko mislite da smo vam mjeseci ostali dužni kako bi to u što bržem roku pokušali nadoknaditi.

Poštovani korisnici,

znamo da ste ljuti i ogorčeni ali vjerujte nam da mi vjerojatno proživljavamo još gore. Naime, dana 19.6.2019. u 23:30 nam je naš provider GEN IPTV (http://genip.tv)) bez ikakvog upozorenja/objašnjenja ukinuo naš resellerski account pa tako i vaše accounte te accounte naših subsellera. Nakon histeričnog broja pokušaja kontaktiranja službenika te osoba s kojima smo do tada komunicirali (koji se još dan danas nisu javili jer navodno više ne rade tamo) konačno smo uspjeli stupiti s njima u kontakt te nam je rečeno da pre dugo nismo obnavljali kredite te da moramo kupiti još. Iako je prošla transakcija prije izvjesnog vremena bila od nekoliko tisuća eura i uredno imamo dokaz te uplate kao i ostalih uplata i bez obzira što smo još uvijek imali kredita na računu IPTV-a oni su nas tražili izvršenje nove uplate, a kako se to radilo o vama sve bi napravili samo da vam televizija proradi. Pošto je sve došlo iznenadno novu uplatu smo izvršili 21.6. sa najosnovnijim uplatom od 150 eura (tek toliko) kako bi nam reaktivirali račune. Računi su ubrzo i aktivirani te smo nastavili sa radom, iako smo u sebi imali vrlo gorak okus u ustima jer su nam to napravili bez pitanja i čak smo na stranici napisali da nećemo više raditi sa tako neozbiljnim providerima ali najviše zbog vas smo stisli zube i rekli “ajde, možda im je promaklo, bitno da je sada sve u redu”. Samo dva dana nakon toga, situacija se ponavlja – primili smo nekoliko uplata, ljudi slave što smo se vratili, a naš provider kojem smo dali šansu nas opet dovodi u jako jako neugodnu situaciju. BEZ IKAKVOG OBRAZLOŽENJA naš account je ponovo ugašen te svi naši subsellerski te korisnički accounti. Trenutno još ljući prvi puta spajamo se na naš panel i ponovo ispitujemo korisnički support što se događa. Opet nikakvog odgovora satima.. Mailovi dolaze i svima se ispričavamo što ne stignemo svakome pojedinačno odgovoriti ali nadamo se da čitate ovo gdje je sve izvješteno.

Tko smo mi? (Cableguy IPTV pro) -Mi smo mala organizacija od 4 člana iz Zagreba koja je uz najveću pomoć našeg šefa uspjela sakupiti puno početnog kapitala kako bi vam omogućila najjeftiniiji mogući IPTV. Prva 3 mjeseca radili smo bez takoreći ikakve zarade, čak smo sa određenim neiskustvima u početku imali i gubitke. Kroz 3-4 mjeseca podigli smo minimalnu cijenu te uz pritisak GEN IPTV-a povisili cijenu no i dalje smo koristili kupone koji su vama omogućavali nižu cijenu. Kako smo saznali, nitko nije zbog njih dizao prašinu. Na nas je vršen veliki pritisak, čak su nam ugasili i Facebook stranicu a sada se dogodilo i ovo već drugi put za redom u vrlo kratkom roku.

Tko su oni? (GEN IPTV) – Ne znamo. Nitko ne zna. Mislimo da su iz Švedske. Oni su servis za kojeg govore da ima hrpu kanala koje rade stabilno. Početkom 9. mjeseca 2018. odlučili smo im dati šansu te isto tako sa početnih 150 EUR smo kreirali accounte za nas. Gledali smo IPTV nekoliko dana i činilo se stvarno u redu. Sljedeća “stanica” je bila 300 EUR 23.9.2018. Bio je težak korak izdvojiti toliko novaca ali investicija se činila kao dobra te su naši provideri (za koje ne znamo tko su (suludo, ali u svijetu IPTV koja je djelomično ilegalna to je tako)) pokazali dobar odaziv i činilo se kao da se radi o fair playu. Dana je 4.11.2018. uložili smo najveću uplatu do sada i tako je to krenulo. Nismo znali kome dajemo ogromnu svotu novaca ali su se činili fer iako smo na trustpilotu i sličnim sajtovima polako počeli viđati grozne reviewe i prevarene ljude ali smo mislili da se to nama ne može dogoditi. Ni dalje ne razumijemo točno što se ustvari događa jer svakome bi trebalo biti cilj da im se uplačuje i da su korisnici zadovoljni ali se zadnjih mjesec dana vodi u svijetu IP televizija veliki rat jer nudimo previše za tako malo novaca a u Hrvatskoj postoji još IP televizija koje kupuju od GEN IPTV-a za manje novaca što se u našoj nekoj računici vjerojatno više GEN IPTV-u isplati i ne znamo da li nas netko želi namjerno sabotirati da bi progurali druge ili postoji još neki drugi razlog jer izgleda da kuponi nisu – ali uvijek ako ih je bilo što smetalo su nam mogli reći a ne nam samo disableati naš account.

Sada smo u situaciji u kojoj smo toliko ljuti da bi najrađe otišli do njih ali nitko niti ne zna tko su oni a u svijetu IP televizija ne postoje ni ugovori ni ništa slično niti ih možemo tužiti.

Najgora stvar je što radimo sa 13 subsellera te su i oni prevareni kao mi a to su sve dragi ljudi koji su pošteno sa velikim trudom pokušali doći do neke male svote novaca i sada su prevareni sa strane GEN IPTV-a kojem se može sprdnuti i ponovo nas aktivirati a i ne mora. Mislili smo prekjučer da smo riješili sve nesuglasice ali očito se njima radi kako njima paše, s kime paše i nije ih briga ako im je netko platio da li će ga oni deaktivirati jednim klikom ili ne.

Trenutno imamo 1000 i nešto EUR na PayPalovima a izgleda da ćemo još dizati svoje ušteđene novce da bi vratili Vama našim dragim korisnicima barem dio novca, ali molim Vas imajte samo malo strpljenja da vidimo kako će se dalje razvijati situacija jer bi htjeli da svi budu proporcionalno zadovoljeni, a najveća sreća u nesreći je što bi i sav zarađeni novac išao krajem 6.og mjeseca na sljedeću uplatu GEN-u od 2000 EUR kojeg na svu sreću izgleda neće dobiti ovako neozbiljnim pristupom.

Nakon svega nemamo više volju niti imati IP televiziju jer ovo su mučni trenuci kada se radi sa providerom za kojeg ni ne znate tko je a u stvarnom životu ne bi htjeli prevariti ni one koji to zaslužuju.

Nakon svega, molim vas još malo vremena da vidimo što će biti, voljeli bi da vama barem omoguće da odgledate svoje zaslužene mjesece a što se nas tiče mi možemo pronaći i drugo riješenje makar smo se nadali dugudugodugogodišnjoj suradnji s vama.

Pričekajte molim vas još malo i što se povrata novaca tiče da vidimo što će biti. Obečajemo da nećemo trošiti i loše bi se osjećali da trošimo vaš novac. Vratiti ćemo vam barem dio ako vidimo da je s ovim servisom gotova stvar.

Dear users, 
We unfortunately realized that there is no solution in recent conflict with our provider GEN IPTV who didn’t even bother to reply on our emails so we are advicing you to avoid their service (and their resellers, although it’s not their fault because they don’t even know who are they dealing with). Soon we will write big feedback on Trustpilot regarding the cooperation with them, and we are hoping you will support us in this. We are asking you for understanding, and please, don’t apply for full refund yet, because we probably lose big sum of money, even bigger than we invest into. And our intention was only to provide quality TV for little money.
In one moment we even thought that this is the final end, maybe for one of you it is, but we have a plan to return to the game, even stronger than before, thanx to the people who sent us mails full of support and to our kind subsellers. Currently we are negotiating with our subsellers and few IPTV experts, and we are having a plan to create our own IPTV list where there won’t be third party (provider with whom is impossible to have legal contract), who can sabotage our complete work with only one mouse-click. We are currently in big debts and our Paypal accounts are „in limited phase“ so we can’t send money directly to people. We will get a loan so we can refund our users, fully or partially, and next step will be, while we are waiting for our project to be completely done, to provide to our customers a replacement lists (which may not have 8000 channels but will be of good quality). Our mails are still full, we are small team, but we would like to hear our opinions about lists, and what would you like to have your list – and would you pay little bit more when you will know that the list is excellent quality, stable and well sorted out. 
So, we are asking you who still didn’t cross us off to tell us what is the most important to you so we can provide you some replacement list. In a few days we will hopefully obtain some money and refund people and all of you who still have unused months to go, properly award with IPTV list which will have completely new and different approach to whole system, which you found satisfying, and we hope now you will be even more satisfied. 
Also, we are so thankful to everybody who sent us support emails. You can bet that we were so grateful for that and it meant a lot of to us, in this unpleasent situation. You just showed us that you are humans who care and you prevailed instead of that other sort of people.
And to that other sort of people, we just want to say that instead of anonymous threat emails you sent to us, we recommend you to approach with real names and surnames, and tell us directly what really bothers you. If you think we are just fraudsters, you will be the first ones we will refund money when we got some. 
We will write a new message and proposition on our homepage within a couple of days, and you can write us an email with your opinion about whole this proposition and write us how much months you still have unused, so we can compensate or make it up to you.

Dear users, 
We know that you are probably very angry and bitter, but believe us, we are experiencing even worse feelings. Hence, on 19th july, at 23:30H (11,30 pm) our provider GEN IPTV (www.genip.tv) without any warning or explanation decided to disable our reseller’s account, therefore, yours account and our subsellers account. After numerous attempts of contacting their support service, and person we communicate till then (who till know still didn’t reply to our messages because allegedly he isn’t working there anymore) we finally managed to caught their attention and they said we have been „inactive“ for too long so we need to buy even more credits to stay „in business“. Although previous transaction was over thousands € and not so long ago (we have proof for that, as well of all transactions we made), and although we had unused credits on our accounts, they requested another payment. And because of our users, we decided to make another transaction so you could all have your paid IPTV. As everything was so abruptly, we made a new transaction on June 21st, 2019, and we paid a basic payment of 150 € so they can reactivate our accounts. The accounts soon have been reactivated, so we continued our work, although we remained bitter taste in our mouth, because they did all of that without any warning and explanation, even we wrote on our homepage that we will never ever continue to work with them in the future, but only because our customers, we decided to overcome this feeling, because back then everything started working well. Only two days afterwards, after we received few payments, and people were satisfied that everything went well, same situations is repeating and our provide is bringing us again in a very unpleasant situation. WITHOUT ANY WARNING (again!) our account has been disabled, as well yours accounts and our subsellers account! We are contacting GEN IPTV support service and asking what went wrong again, but still, none reply received for hours…We are still receiving many emails and we are apologizing to everybody in case we still didn’t manage to reply to you. But we are hoping you are reading this so you can understand the whole situation.
Who are we (Cableguy IPTV pro)? – we are little organisation consisting of 4 members of the team, from Zagreb, Croatia, and a boss, whose financial support helped us in providing the cheapest possible IPTV. First three months we worked without any income, even we had some losses due to our inexperience. Within 3-4 months we raised our prices because of GEN’s pressure, but we provided some coupon codes to lower the regular price of the list. As we found out, nobody raised the eyebrow because of that. But there was certain pressure on us, even our Facebook page was blocked, and now this happened in just few days apart..

Who are they (GEN IPTV)? – we don’t know. We think they are from Sweden. For their service it is said that they have bunch of channels and they are stable. In September 2018. we decided to take a shot and give them a chance so we invested 150 € and created accounts for us. We watched their list for a couple of days, and it seemed fine. The next step was to invest 300 € (we made transaction on September 2018). it was a big step for us , but investment seemed reasonable and our providers (for who we still don’t know who they are (crazy, but in IPTV world who is still partly illegal, it is just as it is)) shown good response and it seemed like a fair play. On November 2018, we invested greatest sum of money ever, and everything started. We still didn’t know to whom we sent the money, but they seemed okay, although on Trustpilot and similar sites, we read some horrible reviews and deceived customers, but we thought that this could not happen to us. Still we don’t quite understand what is happening because everyone’s goal should be to have satisfied customers and regular payments. But last months there have been conflicts in IPTV world because we are offering much for little money, and in Croatia there are also few IP televisions are are buying from GEN IPTV for less money and simply as that, to GEN IPTV it is more worthy to have those resellers, so we don’t know is somebody trying purposely to sabotage our work or there is something more? And even if there was some problem with our organisation, they could at least give us some warning or tell us what has been bothering them, not just disable our account without any explanation. 
Now we are experiencing situation where we would just want to pay them a visit but we don’t know where because nobody knows, and in IPTV world there is no contract nor we can sue them. The worst thing is we are cooperating with 13 more subsellers, so they have been deceived by GEN IPTV as well, and they are very kind people who worked very hard to achieve some little money. We thought the day before yesterday that we resolved all the issues but obviously they will work their way, with whomever they want and they just don’t care if somebody who made a payment will be reactivated or what.
Currently we have over 1000 € on our paypals but it seems we will have to withdraw our personal savings to refund our users at least partial amount of money. So please, have a little bit more patience just to see how will progress this situation because we would really like everybody to be satisfied. 
After all, we really don’t have any will to continue to have IPTV because this is very uneasy moment when you work with a provider who you don’t even know who is, and in real life they wouldn’t probably deceive the ones who even deserve it.
After all, we are asking you just for little bit more time, just to see how this situation will evolve. We would like that you just use you earned months. Regarding us, we will try to find another solution, although we hoped long termed cooperation with you. 
Wait a little bit more regarding a refund as well, just to see what can we do. We promise that we won’t spend any of your money. We would feel very bad to do that. We will refund you if we see that this service is done for good.
